Boxing for Fitness

At Cobra we offer many ways to help you get fit, including Personal Training and Boxing for Fitness

 

Your Boxing for Fitness instructor will assist you along the way and you can exercise as slow and carefully, or as hard and fast as you choose. It is you who determines the pace and intensity.

Boxing for Fitness is primarily an exercise and fitness program and although taught by our qualified Martial Arts instructors, it is not designed for learning self defence. To learn how to protect yourself whilst improving your health and fitness, please consider the Cobra Martial Arts program.
 

Boxing for Fitness session times:
 

Tuesdays: 5.30pm

Wednesdays: 5.30pm

Thursdays: 5.30pm

 

Please contact us for a school tour and a free trial session.

Private lessons are also available at times that suit you.
