C  

Communicate with Confidence.

If you can communicate with confidence and respect, you are less likely to come out as a victim.

People give off signals to others through their energy and body language which says:

“I am weak and scared, so if you pick on me, I won't fight back'

“I am strong and confident, if you pick on me, I will defend myself”

So, if there is an angry person walking around looking for an argument, or someone to bully or fight, and they pick up your body language as “weak”, they are likely to choose you as their victim.

If they pick up your body language as “confident”, they are more likely to move on to another person whose body language says, “I am weak so pick on me because I can’t defend myself”.
